Dr. Varun Bajaj is a practicing physician who understands the operational challenges clinics face because he lives them every day.
Managing a high-volume practice while balancing in-person care, telemedicine, and multiple healthcare environments gave him firsthand insight into how inefficient systems slow teams down and create burnout.
At HiClinic, Dr. Bajaj helps ensure the platform solves real clinic problems, from missed follow-ups and scheduling inefficiencies to improving how clinics communicate with patients at scale.
