HiClinic provides a software platform designed to support clinics with:
Patient communication management
Workflow automation (including missed call responses, reminders, and review requests)
Lead tracking and patient interaction management
Operational and marketing support tools
HiClinic does not provide medical advice or healthcare services.
To use HiClinic, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have the authority to enter into an agreement on behalf of a clinic or organization
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Users are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
All activities conducted under their account
Ensuring authorized use by their staff and team members
You agree to use HiClinic in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Send unauthorized or unsolicited communications
Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform’s security
Misuse patient or personal data
HiClinic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
Clinics are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent for collecting and using patient data
HiClinic acts as a data processor and handles patient information only on behalf of the clinic
Users must comply with all applicable data protection and healthcare regulations
a. Subscription
HiClinic services are offered on a subscription basis.
b. Billing
Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed billing cycle
c. Changes to Pricing
HiClinic reserves the right to update pricing with prior notice.
HiClinic may offer a free trial period:
No payment is required during the trial period
Access to features may vary
Continued use after the trial may require a paid subscription
a. By the User
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the billing cycle
b. By HiClinic
HiClinic may suspend or terminate access if:
These Terms are violated
Payments are not made
The platform is misused
All rights, title, and interest in HiClinic’s platform, software, and content remain the exclusive property of HiClinic.
Users may not:
Copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform
Reverse-engineer or attempt to replicate the service
HiClinic may integrate with third-party services.
HiClinic is not responsible for the performance, policies, or data practices of these external services.
HiClinic aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary disruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiClinic shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding billing period.
HiClinic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
HiClinic does not guarantee:
Specific business outcomes or results
Error-free or uninterrupted operation
HiClinic may update these Terms from time to time.
Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada and, where applicable, the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
